Pre – Start – up Checks

And it’s also a great way to double – check the valve operations. Valves need to open and close smoothly, without any jams.
Gas Introduction
Now comes the exciting part: introducing the gas. But we don’t just open the valves and let it all rush in. There’s a proper procedure to follow.
First, we start with a nitrogen purge. Nitrogen is an inert gas, which means it won’t react with anything. We use it to displace the air in the pipelines and vessels. This helps them build confidence and be prepared for anything that might happen during actual operations.
The First Batch of Product
Once the gas plant is running smoothly and the operators are well – trained, we can produce the first batch of product. It’s a huge milestone! We collect samples and test them to make sure they meet the quality standards.

Post – Start – up Monitoring
